These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of the products from the online store. References to “Seller” mean Sahaja Rahasya (sp. z o.o.) and references to “Customer” or “Buyer” mean the purchaser named in the order.

Acceptance of terms

By checking the acceptance box and submitting an order, the Customer confirms reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance forms a binding contract for the sale of the Product described herein, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Products overview

1) AphroZen X RESET is a herbal tincture formulated to support and nourish the endocrine system using a synergistic blend of botanical extracts delivered in a small quantity of organic ethanol as a solvent. This product is intended for adult consumers and is not suitable for children or during pregnancy and lactation. Payment and chargebacks

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, and denial of future service; the Seller reserves the right to contest chargebacks. For any issue with delivery or product condition, the Customer agrees to contact support first to allow investigation and resolution.

Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Orders are dispatched within the handling time stated at checkout, with delivery estimates shown for reference only; delays may occur due to carrier or customs. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier for international shipments where permitted by law, or upon delivery at the destination for domestic shipments as applicable; title passes upon full payment. Carrier delivery scans serve as proof of delivery; signature or age verification may be required where permitted or required by law.

International orders and customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and restrictions; compliance with import laws in the destination country is the Customer’s responsibility. If customs rejects, destroys, or returns the shipment due to local restrictions on herbal or alcohol-containing products, the Seller is not responsible for loss or delay unless required by mandatory law. Any return shipping, duties, or disposal fees imposed by authorities are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final: no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once the order is placed, except where mandatory consumer law requires a remedy for defective or misdescribed goods. If the package arrives damaged or with the wrong item, a notification with photos and order details must be sent to support within 28 days of delivery for evaluation; remedies may include replacement or store credit where required by law. For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumables cannot be accepted for return under any circumstance unless required by law.

Quality, defects, and remedies

If a verified defect exists within statutory periods, the Seller will, at its discretion and where required by law, repair, replace, or refund the affected item up to the amount paid for that item.
